Why doesn't Logic have an automatic time interval save function?

Why doesn't Logic have an automatic time interval save function? This is a fundamental feature of professional software. Currently, Logic only has auto-save in case of a crash and the option for manual backup, but it lacks the crucial ability to save automatically at regular intervals, which is a significant flaw. When you finish editing a project and accidentally forget to save before exiting, your previous work cannot be recovered. Protools offers the option to automatically save at specific intervals, which can be incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, this feature is missing in Logic. I am unsure if this was an oversight or intentional decision by the development team. Overall, Logic falls short in this aspect."
