Why does my phone show a white cloud with Work off at 4pm ?

I noticed it after my company did an upgrade on their computers. My iPhone has my work email on it. I know that IT can sign into my laptop without my knowledge . Can access my phone.

Contact your IT administrator or MDM provider to obtain the latest MDM profile.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?

2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
