Logic Pro for iPad using region and or track volume automation I didn’t program

I’ve never used automation. I turned off both track and region automation. But some tracks will fade the volume in real quick on some projects. It’s driving me crazy and ruining my songs. I can see the volume moving when the region starts. It only happens at the very beginning of a track/region and not in any of the others down that same track if the region loops again. Also after playing the song all the way through, if I play it again from the beginning, this won’t happen at all. It only appears again if I close the project and reopen it.

Happens on some songs not others. If I have turned off both automation for track and region, as well as deleted automation on both for all tracks and regions, I should not be hearing it. Logic needs a lot of work IMHO.
