What is 127.0.0.1 in Screen Time?

On my MacBook Pro running MacOS 11.6, If I check screen time, there is an entry called "127.0.0.1" in Screen Time, and is showing usage time as 24 hours. I have not used it for that long continuosly but I have left it in sleep mode overnight for past 4 days. It still shows from the past 4 days that "127.0.0.1" has beem used for 24 hours. What is this, how can I remove it, and should I be concerned?
