Do third party apps add to the health trends on my apple watch series 6?
So I just started running and I am using Nike Run Club for the workouts. Currently I'm running the NRC and the apple watch workout simultaneously because I want the information to be added to my move trends such as KM's and VO2 max. My question now is if I only use the NRC workout and not the apple watch running workout, does it still count towards my trends? I do see it added to my fitness app and my rings but I need to know if it is specifically added to your health information / trends?
