One of my contacts states the contact name and then states Apple Watch underneath the name on my iPhone

I just noticed that one of my contacts states the Contact name and then States Apple Watch underneath. This confuses me because the contact number is a landline. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated

Did you receive this contact information directly from that contact? If so, you will get all the information that this person put into their contact card, which also my include their devices or what else info they added to the contact card.
