Sound problem in iphone 13 video calls

Iphone 13 WhatsApp and Facetime video calls do not go through or are cut off. If the environment of the person I am talking to is noisy, my voice cuts out again. Especially in video calls with more than 2 people, my voice is never heard. I sent my previous phone iphone 12 to the service, I had the same problem, they said there was no problem, I had the same thing again. When I couldn't find a solution, I bought 13 and the same problem appeared on it. Setting up with the new icloud and resetting it is not a solution. But there is never such a problem in pro max!!!
