iPhone 15 Speech to text keeps writing Ebay instead of eBike. macOS keeps trying to autocorrect eBike to Ebay

For the love of Jobs:

Ebike, eBike, ebike, e-bike

These are all common terms people use to describe electric bicycles. But I cannot tell iPhone 15 to use this word because of Siri's crazy obsession with Ebay.

I can manually spell out "E... B.... I... K... E" but 99% of the time iPhone changes it to Ebay.

Can we get a fix? Apple supports green energy right? I noticed that Siri has no problem writing out "car" or "automobile" or "gas-guzzler."

Can I add it to a custom dictionary? I tried using Text Replacement to auto-correct it but it didn't seem to work. And of course in addition to it messing up on iPhone, the Mac Studio also started doing it while writing this message out. eBiKe eBiKe eBiKe eBiKe eBiKe eBiKe EBAY EBAY EBAY!
