MacBook Pro Screen Glitch?

Hello, over the past few days I’ve noticed a weird glitch in my screen. I can see faint lines through some of my opened tabs, and even see faint images from past screens. I can even see this on my login screen. I’ve trying restarting and turning off/back on and you can still see it, even when it’s rebooting. I’ve added a few photos which might be more easier to understand what I’m trying to describe.

I've also tried the “press command, option, R, P” immediately after you press power and that did nothing.

I also did the press and hold “control, option, shift (all on left side) and power” at the same time and that did nothing.

It’s starting to get very irritating and bugging my vision.
