Urgent help needed. Why the caller can’t hear my voice on my I phone

Urgent help needs. It’s my iPhone 13 mini. Suddenly the caller can’t hear my voice when I am getting or doing a normal phone call. Even I tried on speaker mode but still can’t hear.

But when someone is calling iPhone call they can hear my voice.

Software is updated and it’s 17.4.1

it was working fine. The issue Started from this morning.

I have tried to resolve it by myself after reading other’s suggestions which I found from this community. Like settings - accessibility - audiovisual etc. but nothing works.

please help to resolve this issue. Because I can’t access my important calls. Please
