Apple doesn't document any internal OS components. As long as you haven't installed malware or 3rd party system modification software, then everything on your computer is made by Apple and doing exactly what it should be doing.

In most cases, people are trying to install a pirated version of some expensive app like Adobe, or trying to watch a paid video stream like a movie or sporting event, for free. They have to bypass multiple Apple layers of security protection to do this.

However all sharing and accessibility is disabled.

That's just someone's speculation about the aforementioned undocumented internal components. It doesn't mean anything. There could be a wide range of criteria that might control whether or not this process is running when you look for it.

The file itself is located here: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AOSUI.framework

If you have developer tools, you can poke around inside it a little bit. I did that, and saw things like this:

So my speculation is that this process is related to Apple's use of login avatars. Those can be shared across devices that use the same Apple ID login. Monterey used to have a cool animated memoji on the login and Lock Screen that would make faces at you, peer through the glass, and fall asleep if you didn't login. The animation is noticeably worse in Ventura. In Sonoma, Apple removed this delightful feature altogether. This is why we can't have nice things.
