airpod pro vibration noise

as I listen to music there is a vibration noise in the left airpod pro I have reset them like 50 times and it is still there. firmware is 6a321 i have changed the tips cleaned them (with the exception of sucking out wax) this is the second time they have had noise issues, first time I was sent to some third party vender for repair/replace and now here we are again for $200+ headphones I am not a happy camper, I take care of my Apple products and spend money which at the moment does not feel it is worth it. can someone please help.
