My Apple Watch is stuck in Celsius and my iPhone is in Fahrenheit

My watch went into celsius

on it own - I have gone to my phone and the Apple weather app is in Fahrenheit but my watch is still on Celsius. I also reset my watch to see if it would change with no avail.

Apple Watch Series 10 running watchOS 11.3.1 the temperature complication has ceased to update again I experienced the temperature complication failing to update before the latest iOS update. A solution that can no longer be found made improvements at that time. Unfortunately, a new update occurred before the situation settled down properly. With the latest update, the Watch temperature display indicated a lower temperature than my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Over a few weeks, the situation has deteriorated. Tapping the Watch temperature display could reset but not necessarily to the correct temperature. Now it is frozen, always showing three degrees Celsius, failing to update when tapped. On your iPhone, in Settings, scroll to the Weather app (tap it once found) then change Temperature Unit to your preference. Then restart the Apple Watch and it should update.
