Cannot reset Galaxy Buds App on my iPhone 13 Pro Max
I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max version iOS 17.4.1. I use Samsung Galaxy Buds Live
and Galaxy Buds FE earphones. The Buds Live earbuds are 3-4 years old and were originally used on an Android device but the Buds FE earbuds are brand new. I can pair and connect both devices to listen to tunes on my Apple Music subscription. No problems pairing and connecting. The Galaxy Earbuds Live earbuds are a (DCC2) LE Model number (SM-R180) software version (R180XXU0AVC2) The problem is that the earbud app will not reset. (About earbuds / Reset is visible but greyed out and clicking it does nothing). The Control icons are visible but are 'frozen' i.e. none of them will change or adjust. This is true for both earbuds regardless that my Bluetooth signal is Connected, Disconnected, or Forgotton or my iPhone is restarted unlimited times. I have tried every reset/repair/ hack from Apple / Galaxy company sites and 3rd party advice sites and YouTube vids but nothing works. The Samsung Galaxy Buds app is frozen solid. Deleting the 'icon' from my iPhone and downloading and reinstalling it again from Apple Store, also does nothing. It seems to just reinstall the same junk. The app itself is uninstallable/undeletable/unrepairable/ and won't upgrade to a newer version. Have no idea if this is an iPhone issue or a Galaxy issue or both.
