Passwords Locked Screen even after fixing security breach. How to remove?

Recently Apple notified me that two accounts had a compromised password. I fixed them both, but for some reason, I'm now getting a Passwords Locked when I go into Settings>Passwords. Of course, I have to use Touch ID or my passcode, but I was wondering if this screen is going to remain, or does it go away after a while?

Thankyou.

Changing the password is not the cause of the problem. You always need to unlock your phone when you go to Settings/Passwords.
