Can I get back pictures and videos that I accidentally delete permanently?

Do you have any backup copies elsewhere? For example, if you were synchronizing your iPhone and Mac using iCloud Photos, might you have a Time Machine backup of your Mac, or clone backups from before the deletion? Some backup containing copies that would not have been within the scope of the permanent deletion?

If you sent any of the photos or videos to family or friends, those people might be able to send you copies back.

If you do not have backups – those photos and videos are gone. Permanently deleting photos and videos means that you do not have the option to get them back.
