Terrible performance of iCloud Notes on Windows computer web browsers

On a Microsoft web browser, what can I do to improve the performance of iCloud, especially Notes, whether it’s Edge or Chrome or Firefox, it is extremely slow to respond to typed inputs and doesn’t save Notes properly, so the Notes on my iPhone and my iPad are never sync’d up with changes I make on the computer browser.
