AirPods Pro 2nd Gen Still Showing Battery After Putting Them In Case?

Hello,

I recently got some AirPods Pro 2nd Generation; I absolutely love them! Best ever earphones I’ve ever used. Would definitely recommend to someone considering AirPods.

Anyways, it isn’t exactly an issue, but I would like to know why my AirPods Pro 2nd Gen are still showing their battery percentage on widgets after putting them in the case. Like I said before, this isn’t exactly a problem. I’m fine with it, I am just wondering if it is something that should be happening.
