How to disable Hot Spot on a child’s iPhone 15?

I am looking to be able to temporarily disable the Hot Spot function on a child’s phone at night. Once the Wifi in the house deactivates he is then logging his PS in using his iPhone Hot Spot. I have the screen time active on his phone, but this doesn’t seem to prevent the Hot Spot working. I think that, if Apple haven’t already done it, then there should be an active way for Parents to control this feature through their parental controls settings.

anybody have any idea how to temporarily suspend this feature at night?

Thanks, Neil.

On his phone go to Settings/Cellular and turn off Personal Hotspot. Then using parental controls go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Cellular Data changes to Don’t Allow.

Plan B: Turn his iPhone off at night and put it out of his reach.

Plan C: Traditional parenting: Make it clear you will take is PS away if he continues to break the rules.
