want a refund apple refusing being charged double or triple for months
Back in November last year I trialed apple one family because I had 2 subscriptions but on multiple Apple devices I had Apple Music and iCloud storage. When I saw it wasn’t quiet what I wanted and I still was charged my Apple iCloud storage for $14.99 plus Apple 1 for $31.95 I cancelled it out and continued with my Apple iCloud storage 2tb at $14.99 and my music at $12.99 I let this go for just over a month I then got a new Apple phone and decided let’s try this again but I will just get apple individual under the understanding I get storage and music with that subscription for $24.95 . Come 9th of may my apple iCloud storage came out for $14.99 and I quickly withdrew my money and moved to another account and did not allow Apple 1 $24.95 to come out and I still won’t .., spoke to Apple they refund me April iCloud storage and may iCloud storage my apple one cancelled out on the 10th of may. I look into my account to see how many times I have been overcharged in January alone I have three charges then there is February charge for apple one and iCloud plus and March again I feel I should be entitled for a refund of February and March they said no we won’t refund past 60 days so April so I said fine refund me my Apple one for April and they refuse that also stating they can’t but they clearly see what they done and how long they did it for !
what can I do cos they are refusing to help at all . THEY ARE TELLING ME TO PURCHASE ICLOUD PLUS AND APPLE 1 again! I’m getting so angry now
