Removing spyware from Apple ID account

Q My iPhone and my computer have spyware issues can related to my Apple ID. What’s the best thing to do to get rid of it?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7

Spyware My ex girlfriend installed a few spy tracking apps on my old XR , web watcher , and itrack to name a few , as well she had my apple id password too , when I synced my data to my iPhone 12 pro I believe all the spyware came with it ! I obviously didn't know until after , I have since changed my apple id password and added two factor identification , but I'm not sure exactly what software or what I should do at this point - my phone is still doing the odd things that it did before !

HOW DO I UNINSTALL THE REMOTE GOOGLE MDM, “iOS Account Manager,” from my iPhone 13 Pro Max MY ORIGINAL APPLE ID WAS HACKED THROUGH AN OLD IPHONE I NEVER LOGGED OUT OF. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE HACKER INSTALLED SPYWARE ON ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS AND THEN CHANGED ALL OF MY PASSWORDS. WHENEVER I LOOK IN SETTINGS UNDER, “MY DEVICES, IT SHOWS “THIS DEVICE,” WITH A DROP-DOWN ARROW AND WHEN I CLICK ON IT, IT SHOWS THREE (3), “SESSIONS,” CURRENTLY RUNNING ON MY DEVICE. ONE OF THEM IS A SPYWARE APP/SERVICE OR EXTENSION CALLED, “iOS Account Manager.” HOW DO I RID MY ACCOUNTS OF ALL MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT APPS, BROWSERS, AND/OR EXTENSIONS?

What makes you think your account has been infected? If you have any concerns about your security, change your Apple ID password:

Open System Settings
Click [Your Name] > Sign In & Security > Change Password
