Sharing video between android and iPhone / cloud devices

Hello community, my first question here so go easy, or feel free to give all the options to help everyone else with this question that's over 35. . . This will help solve Mother's Day if you're inclined.

I take videos with an Android phone, but also have an iCloud account with my great MacBook. I want to transfer those videos from my android to someone else's iPhone or iCloud as easiest without garbling up all their phone's memory. They will want to keep these keepsake videos, and last anywhere from about 1-5 minutes to give you an idea of a decent sized file. Phone to phone will compromise the quality.

So is there a way to send directly from the phone to someone else's iCloud account, and how easy is that done? Or you might have a better suggestion or two. Thanks so much for indulging!
