l saw in my purchase history Total owed. That l have been billed $29.99 for Picsart annual gold subscription.. something l have cancelled even before free trial ended.. l contacted picsart about the issue and asked them to cancel the subscription because l have no intention of using or paying for it. They agreed and cancelled the subscription. I tried to report to Apple to remove that total owed because the subscription did not even start. This is what l got when l tried toWe are still processing these purchases. You can report a problem once they are done.

First of all contact Apple directly here:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

It will come down to when you cancelled the free trial on your device, not on the website. It must be done at least 24 hours before the free trial is set to end, otherwise you will be billed for the subscription. The total of the subscription after the free trial would have been visible on the screen when you signed up for the free trial by double clicking the side button. The relevant portion of the link below is here:

  • If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

If by cancelling the free trial, you deleted the app, that really didn't cancel it. In order to cancel a subscription, you needed to follow the following directions --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

You need to contact Apple Support to resolve this. Until you get this resolved, you won't be able to use the App Store or iTunes Store.

See this link to get to the right people --> If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

I actually cancelled the free trial before it ended and then went ahead to delete the app. l have never seen that Total owed message ever, because l don’t even understand how you can owe for a subscription. It’s even an annual subscription.. how do l owe a subscription l have cancelled and never used. Besides l have contacted Picsart and asked to resolve the issue, they told me they have cleared everything but the don’t have access to Apple ID and subscription so l should contact apple to get it resolved . I have been searching for a means to contact apple support.. l have the support app on my phone but when l click Contact support it brings me back to the same page. Like a loop.. l don’t know if it has anything to do with l am located.

please if you have any means to contact apple support please help me

I cancelled it 2 days before it even expired on my phone in my subscriptions… l needed it for a project but l realized what l was looking for was not even there so l cancelled it immediately even before the free trial expiry and deleted the app..

After sometime l realized it showed up in my purchase history as total owed.. l contacted Picsart help center and told them Fix the issue.. they sent me an email and said there is no subscription on my account.

It seems Apple support is limited in my region, I am in Ghana. The link you sent me opens the Apple support app on my phone but after selecting my issue and the option to contact support it brings me back to the same page and nothing happens. I have been on this for days. I just want to get in touch with a person but to no avail. All I get its articles. I am frustrated because my apps are crashing because I have not been able to update them.
