After updating to iOS 17.4.1 on my iPhone XR that scanning of the Face ID got really slow and the charging also slow and I know it’s not my charger coz immediately I updated my phone that was when this started

First i complained about the iOS 17.4.1 but I don’t know the iOS 17.5.1 is more worse my Phone can’t scan my face in broad daylight which it used to when I was on iOS 17.3 or so
Apple this updates are killing our phones slowly

Try a restart.
With any new version of iOS there are always maintenance and re-indexing tasks to be performed. It should settle down in a few days.
