How do I fix the alarm icon in my iPhone notification status bar?

Alarm icon on status bar and at times the alarm goes on at 19:25. Deleted all alarms, reminders and timers. Sleep schedule in Focus & Health is disabled. Still persistent.

Alarm icon won’t go away Alarm icon shows in top task bar even though no alarms are set and no sleep alarm set either. Turning iPhone (SE) off and on does not help as it’s still there. Also setting the alarm and allowing it to go off also does not erase it. What’s the fix?

Alarm icon won’t go away I have deleted all my alarms, but the alarm icon remains at the top of my iPhone SE screen. Still there after reboot. Come on Apple you’re a $1 trillion company. Ought to be able to fix something as simple of this.
