Do Not Disturb is still available n even when it’s off.

I have a schedule set for Do Not Disturb from 10pm to 6am. In the past few days it doesn’t turn off at 6 am. I tried restarting the phone, deleting and re-adding the schedule. I tried turning the schedule off. Nothing worked. I even deleted the schedule completely. I can’t get it to turn off.
