Uninstalling Adobe CS 6

Hi all, I have Adobe CS6 installed on my iMac. The original disc version that I have owned for many years. I have retained iOS Mac Mojave 10.14.6 for a long time as CS6 will not work with more recent iOS versions. I have now reached the point where other apps on my iMac are starting to play up. My email system, Safari and certain websites, etc. So I now need to uninstall Adobe CS6 completely from my iMac. I know it isn't simply a case of putting them in trash as there are a lot of files spread all over the machine, so I would like advice on how this should be done correctly. I have looked on line at various 'How to' videos but I am confused. Each of the instructions I have looked at tell me to go to the Adobe Uninstaller. I do not have this. Is it something I have to download?

I have looked at the Adobe website where it has advised me to use the Adobe clean up tool. I have downloaded this and, at the first hurdle, it says; 'try to uninstall the products before using the clean up tool'. So what should I do, since I don't have the uninstaller?

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried that but when I installed it, it said it didn't recognise the file types, citing they maybe too old!! This I find bizarre! I've had the software on my iMac for about 5 years. I originally bought the package when I worked in publishing and used it on my G5. Its worked fine, but recently I've started getting issues with other software on the iMac, because I'm still running Mojave 10.14.6, which is the last iOS that supported CS6. Now its time for change! I believe the latest iOS is 17.5
