Do you mean the Documents folder is missing from the Finder sidebar?

1.Click on Finder app from the dock or any place on your screen.

2.Go to Preferences.

3.Go to Sidebar, check Documents.

4.Then check if the Documents folder appear from the sidebar.

Or search the Documents folder:

1.Go to Go in the Apple menu bar.

2.Select Go to Folder.

3.Enter /Users/username/Documents and press Enter key.
