Cannot connect to server on both IPad and iPhone 13

I’ve seen other problems like this on the forum. I’ve done the reset network option on both and it’s still coming up with the message. It’s intermittent though, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve powered both off and started up again but the message keeps coming up. I’ve also checked the router.
