Touch screen of Gen1 HomePod isn’t responding
so i’ve got a gen1 homepod (the big one).
the touch screen isn’t responding for some reason so i can’t factory reset it.
it’s not letting me connect through airplay.
it wasn’t letting me change the wifi router it was “connected to”
even though it was connecting fine with 4g
it wasn’t responsive through the home app.
i’ve now removed the homepod through the home app in an effort to reset it, now i cannot re-pair. as it’s not response whatsoever and i do not have the box with me for the factory code.
any help in the slightest will be welcomed as i’m struggling to find any reason to not turn this homepod into the next star of NASA’s space program
