I'm trying to change the email address of my Apple Store AppleID. I can add a new email address, but can switch the addresses. It keeps showing the message below, but no instructions how to do it on my devices.

I have never seen that message you show but to me it is saying you are trying to do this using a web interface. Try doing it using the method in the link above directly on a trusted device.

Unfortunately, that isn't going to work. I have 2 Apple IDs - One for iCloud and another for purchases. I'm trying to change the latter. It doesn't show up in that section. I'll try contacting Apple support. Thanks for the help!
