I have been getting phone calls on my phone that are meant for my girlfriend. We do not have the same Apple ID, do not have the same number or even do not have the same provider for our cellular data. I have no linked connection to her phone number besides she’s me girlfriend.. why am I getting her phone calls and how do I get this to stop ?
Then check with your girlfriend's cell provider. The phone can receive the same FaceTime calls, call logs, and voicemails, but only if using the same Apple ID or FaceTime is set to allow calls from your girlfriends Apple ID, which is apparently not the case, so check with your girlfriends cell provider to make sure calls are not being forwarded to your phone number.
The only way to be getting her phone calls, is if somehow you are sharing an Apple ID. Or you have her email or number added for FaceTime on your iPhone.
Check Settings ➜ FaceTime ➜ Can be Reached by Facetime at ➜ Apple ID
