Stuck in recovery mode loop

I have a 2019 MacBook Air, and I haven't used it in 1 year maybe, planning to give it to my mom, but, as I tried to reset the computer to factory settings and I wasn't able to because it asked me for the password to deactivate "Find My" which was deactivated before, somehow I was able to deactivate the "Find My", but now I am stuck in a loop with the "internet recovery/recovery assistant" because every time I put my wifi password, it loads and it takes me back to the same spot, to put the password again and reloads.

The menu only gives me the following choices:

Erase mac

Activate with MDM key

Starup Disk

Restart

Shut Down

Every time I click on one of these choices, I go back to the same page that says "Internet Recovery" and add the wifi password, it takes around 20-30 min to load and I am sent back to the same thing.

It asks me for an Apple ID password that I don't have anymore, when I try to change it I am not able to do so because that email address was deleted from outlook, leaving me with no choice on how to reset it.

At this point I do not know what to do to get out of the loop. I've already tried using the "Apple Configurator app" and it didn't really do anything, the computer kept sending me to the same internet recovery page. So, I don't know what to do!!! Please help!!
