How can I log my old Apple ID back in?

I logged out my Apple ID yesterday, and created a new one. I’ve been trying to log out this new one and it’s been showing this message. How do I get rid of it? I no longer want it, I just want to be able to log my old one in back

Also, this message keeps popping up at random intervals

I don’t know if it matters but the device is an iPhone X running on the iOS 16. A prompt response would really be appreciated

You may be in a mess. See if your region is supported even if your country is not. Apple has made it very, very difficult to get support from a country where it does not provide support.

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (if you do not see your country, also look for "other" regions; e.g., "Other Africa"), then "Choose a product". Click the "show" item under each category for more selections. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
