Volume/Quality drop on imported songs to Apple Music once song info is edited

Yesterday, I was importing songs from my MacBook's local files to Apple Music, and I noticed a significant drop in volume/quality on the songs once I edited the song info. When I import them without editing the song info, the quality/volume is great. However, once I edit the song info, whether it's the song title, album title, or artist, the quality/volume changes noticeably. Is it just me?

I have Sound Check off and EQ off. I have not made any changes to the mixing or anything.
