I tried to use Apple Configurator to revive my disabled iPhone11, but before I can entering the pin code on iPhone's screen, the phone says I need to wait 8 hours, thus configurator cannot complete the action. I can't afford to loose all the pictures over the years. Is there a way to save my photos?

Thank you for your reply. As I understanding, Configurator tried to reinstall iOS on my iPhone, but failed at the last authentication step, which is to enter the pin code on my phone, because the phone wouldn’t let me do anything until 8hours later. I tried multiple times and it’s all the same. Now my iPhone is technically not having a working OS. My iCloud space is limited, so most of my content will be lost if there is no other way.
Is there anyway to bypass the 8 hours waiting? Otherwise I would be devastated.
You must wait but after that you must erase the iPhone in order to get access i am afraid. Do you have a backup where you can find the lost pictures?
Is it possible to put macOS to sleep, and wake it up after 8 hours? Will Configurator work properly after system wake up?
