It is understood why is no available in the watch, but why I can register from other device or manual the measurements to apple health?

You can register from other devices that are made for HealthKit or manual measurements to keep track of your blood oxygen if that is needed. My doctor sometimes want to see a chart, this way i can create that without having an more expensive watch

Thanks, I already has been doing it manually, but also I already have a Garmin watch which have measurement for bloody oxygen, but it can’t write to Health apple app. Why?
