When will Apple Music for the PC support playback in Spatial Audio/Dolby Atmos? I currently have to keep iTunes as it supports those?

The iTunes app supports my 5.1 speaker config. I installed Apple Music and it did not. IT only was capable of playing out of the front 3 speakers. I reached out to the help desk and Tech support confirmed that Apple Music does not suport Spatial Audio/Dolby Atmos on its Windows App at this time. Why? When will you add that capability to the Windows version of Apple Music?
