Stopping an attempt to upload videos that iCloud.

I attempted to upload 36 videos to iCloud and message them to someone. They didn’t go through and now the little spinner on the pic of the videos has been spinning for two days and I can’t stop it. Would appreciate your help .

I've tried restarting my phone, logging out of accounts, and refreshing my iCloud Photos sync. It still appears, regardless of all my steps. Images are dropping out in timelapse Image dropout in timelapse. Hello. New user. I have 321 images in a timelapse and a number of them dropout about 2/3 in. See attached image. Any help is very much appreciated.

Put the device on Airplane mode and enable it after a few minutes that should stop the sync.
