MacOS - Dictation voice input language and Keyboard input language do not match

Hi everyone!

I use multiple languages all the time. And, for the example, when I write on Japanese and click "dictation" - it might start listen to me in English, Ukrainian or any other language. So the language input that I chose via keyboard, almost never matches the dictation language input. And I need to change it manually almost every single time.

It is super annoying and I want to understand if it's the OS bug or intended behavior? And can I make so, that my keyboard language input would always match the dictation language input?
