What macOS version did macbook pro early 2015 came with out of the box?

The actual version would have varied depending on when it was purchased, but for general information:

When that model was first released in March 2015, it would have shipped with Mac OS 10.10.2. As the model was available until June 2017, it may have shipped with a different version of Mac OS, such as: 1011.0, 10.11.1 or 10.11.2.

Sorry, I know of no way of determining the specific version it shipped with.

While Apple released that model in 2015, it was still marketed by Apple until June 2017.

Correct. As the unit was sold for 2 years, it would have shipped with whichever version of Mac OS that was current at the time of manufacture.
