Unable to Receive Files through Bluetooth

Hello Maxperts,


I am facing a weird issue with the MacBook Pro.


I can send files to my Samsung Android device through Bluetooth from my Mac, but I can not receive any files.

I have tried every possible solution that I could find on the Internet but to no avail.


Would any of you please help me to resolve this issue?


For your convenience, I have attached the error message and settings images below this post.


The Error I receive:



Bluetooth is connect with Cell Phone:


Bluetooth Sharing is also On.


Your prompt help would be highly appreciated.

The most frequent issue when users can't put things in a folder, is that they try to create that folder at top-level on the drive. In more recent versions of macOS, that is no longer accessible (the system owns it and has locked it).


Without exception, User files must now be stored inside User directories:


/Users

YourUserShortName

Desktop

Downloads

Movies

Pictures

Shared


YourSpouseUserShortName

Desktop

Downloads

Movies

Pictures

Shared


YourChildUserShortName

Desktop

Downloads

Movies

Pictures

Shared
