Error Paylocity App for Iphone & Ipad

I downloaded the Paylocity app on my iPhone for work and when I type in my company code, user name and password it takes me to my challenge questions. From there I answer the questions correctly and I get a pop up that says "Error Please Try Again Later".

I have no issues signing in on my Microsoft Surface. For the heck of it I downloaded the Paylocity app on my iPad and tried to login and I get that same pop up after I answer my challenge question that says "Error Please try Again Later."

This shows me my passwords is not wrong but it is having issues on Apple products.

I have troubleshot it by unloading the app then reloading it, I have completely deleted the app and then reinstalled the app, my phone doesn't need an updated I checked that and since I just literally downloaded the app there is no app updates available.

Looking for help so I can get this to function on my Iphone for my job.
