I've wondering because someone discussed that it would only run on m1 chip and later. Can someone give me some advice?

Whoever told you that is wrong. I've upgraded and running fine on both an iMac Pro and an M1 MBP. There are two new features that require an M-series chip, but if you're on Intel, Logic 11 will run fine, just won't have those two features (Stems and ChromaGlow).

You would need to have at least MacOS 13.5 (Ventura) installed and plenty of had disc space. Also you should ack up your computer save a copy of your current version of Logic in case something doesn't work right with the new version on your computer.
I have heard that at least one feature , Chromoglow, requires M1 or newer.
Logic Pro 11 works with Macs on 13.5 or newer, but doesn't require an M1 or above CPU for the Mac version.
