im buying something from supercell store on safari, when i use apple pay it tells me to go make a card even though i already have one

it redirects me to an apple pay page that immediately closes and then tells me to make a card in system settings

if it has to do that the card is an apple account card or that the email connected to the account isnt the same as the iCloud email i have on my phone
