Cannot make out going calls from my iPhone 12

Do you have cellular reception? If not, try and see if you need to install a carrier settings update
- Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Tap Settings > General > About.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
If this is not the case please force restart your iPhone to see if the issues persist
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
If all this is not working and you still cannot make calls, contact your carrier for further support
