WiFi disappeared after reset

There was a data breach with ATT and I was informed I was affected. I reset my WiFi password and did a reset on my phone which is a 7S. Now my WiFi is not listed among available options and when I type it in it says it cannot find network. I have reset my router and it is fine. Any steps to fix this? Did I mess things up by resetting my phone?
