Vào ngày 10/5/2024 tôi có tải app camscan về để sử dụng trải nghiệm. Tuy nhiên đến ngày 13/5/2024 tôi bị trừ 1.159.000.000 VND cho việc mua ứng dụng. Tôi không có *** cầu sử dụng và mua app này. Tôi gửi yêu cầu hoàn tiền 2 lần và bị từ chối với lý do không ** điều kiện. Kính **** anh/chị hỗ trợ kiểm tra lại yêu cầu hoàn tiền của tôi.

REQUEST A REFUND FROM THE APPLE STORE
On May 10, 2024 I downloaded the camscan app to use the experience. However, on May 13, 2024, I was deducted 1,159,000,000 VND for the purchase of the application. I have no need to use and buy this app. I submitted a 2-time refund request and was rejected on the grounds of ineligibility. Please help me check my refund request.
