Does anyone know if I can trade my AirPods Max for a new pair in another colour way . I have AppleCare+ for them, tbh got tired of the black ones and want a new colour. Is it possible to trade them and in case not, if (and when) they break can I ask them to give me another ones in a different colour ?

If you bought them from Apple and they are less than 14 days old, you can exchange them. Beyond that, no, you can't.
