bcc not working in mail

Just recently I noticed that when I send out an email with a myself as a bcc, it never show up. Have restarted mail that does not help. any thoughts?

Apple Mail delays in getting mail content once an email is opened I use Apple Mail on an iMac, with a primary email address of _____@twc.com but also get some mail like Apple News from @icloud.com There is a delay in getting mail content. The sender and subject show in preview immediately but not the content. Even after opening, the content is blank for a minute or so. So after downloading the mail, I go browse for awhile to wait for the content to appear. This does not always happen. It happens when a lot (10-20) of messages come into the Inbox, like in the morning, but not when I send myself a test message. This started not too long ago, perhaps after the update to Monterey.

Apple Mail bugs. Any suggestions? My Apple Mail is acting up. When opening mail in my iCloud account, the contents of incoming messages do not appear, or take an unpredictably long time to do so. This happens on both my iMac and iPhone. Messages sent to myself from my iPhone do not land in my Inbox on either device, and appear only in Sent. The menu bar appearance across the top of new messages has changed on my iMac. When replying to messages from my iMac, the Send button is not active. I have to press the reply button in the menu bar before Send activates. Messages are inconsistently syncing across my iPhone and iMac. I have quit and relaunched Mail and rebooted to no avail. Looking for an Apple Mail software update yields nothing. My iMac system software updates regularly. I am currently running on Monterey 12.7.4. My iPhone is running iOs 17.4.1. How do I solve these issues? Thank you. Nestor

Yes to both, no to rules. But, I did notice that somehow my email was no longer trusted.

I trusted it and it apparently is working now, will see!

bcc not working in mail
